We will offer a replacement or full refund (not including shipping) for your returned merchandise, as long as the item(s) are returned in its original condition. Simply return the item(s) with a copy of the invoice and state whether you want the item(s) replaced or money refunded. Most of the items sold on this site are decades old and we sell them as collectibles so we cannot guarantee that the contents of sealed items will still work or be in mint condition if someone chooses to open an item. Please feel free to ask as many questions as possible!
We use USPS and UPS ship our products. We offer different shipping options, to accommodate how quickly you want your item. Shipping costs vary based on zones and shipping method. We do our best to ship items within 24 hours.
